Let me start by saying I am a very regular customer - I have come once or twice a week, nearly every week, for the past 2 or 3 years. Their food is great, & I love the poke. I would've given this place 5 stars in the past, but their recent employees' service is extremely, extremely poor. Due to other responsibilities, I am often arriving about 30mins before close. There have been several occasions where they are cleaning up already, even 30mins before closing time. This leads to certain items being cleaned up/removed from display before they close, & their go to answer is that "they dont have anymore available for the day." It happens most often with the avocado, although it can also be other ingredients. This happens too often to be true, & on a few occasions, Ive had an employee go to the back & retrieve a small amount of avocado to add to my poke bowl, which is the appropriate action to take, but demonstrates 1. theyre not actually out & are being dishonest with customers & 2. they are cleaning things up & putting them away before it's an appropriate time to do so. Additionally, there was a time my fiancé & I arrived at 6:30pm & the worker helping us was so eager to close that

Adding on to my previous review. Stupid me ordered door dash pick up again from this place. 30 minutes after order was confirmed by store. Arrived, NO ORDER READY. I literally stood in the store and WATCHED this lady make my food. And only after I went to my car to show her my order. And she helped another customer when my food receipt was clearly near the rice cooker/bowls waiting to be completed. Staff here need to be retained and be more efficient. This is a picture I sent to door dash customer support while waiting for my food. She’s making my order.

It's okay but not close to Poke One N Half. The portions are a little small. The scoops are tiny. The staff were nice but very slow and inefficient. My main complaint with this place is that they are yet another business taking advantage of the whole covid thing. They still don't allow indoor dining and their bathroom is "temporarily out of service" I asked a worker how long it has been "temporarily out of service" and they said for 2 years, since the beginning of the pandemic. We need to demand businesses stop doing this or it will never end. On a positive note they do not charge more for avacado but they do for edamame? That's weird, edamame is cheap and avacado is gold. Open your bathroom! Open the dining room!

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and got served right away! We were in and our quickly and it was all takeout only. The portion sizes here are quite incredible and the fish is all super fresh tasting. They also give you chips and salad if you ask nicely enough. It’s a little tucked away within the shopping plaza but if you want some super solid poke and huge portion sizes would come here.
